About Our Founder - Kim Brooks
Kim Brooks, Founder and CEO of Loving Life Insurance Ladies, is a published author, speaker, and producer. A graduate of Michigan State University, she began her career in the financial services industry, working in the Trust Department at Comerica. With a passion for empowering others, Kim transitioned into the arts, where she has spent over 20 years inspiring audiences through storytelling and events. For the past eleven years, she has also made an impact in the life insurance industry, helping individuals build financial security. Through her work, Kim is dedicated to uplifting others spiritually, emotionally, and financially.
Her passion for serving seniors and families stems from her own upbringing, surrounded by a loving and supportive family of elders. Through them, Kim learned the value of unconditional love, encouragement, and selfless giving. Their impact on her life shaped her heart for helping others, particularly seniors, who often find themselves underserved or taken advantage of in the insurance industry.
Kim's commitment to her clients goes beyond selling policies—she genuinely cares about their well-being and financial security. She gravitates toward whole life policies because they build lasting cash value, offering stability and peace of mind for families. Her love for Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies is fueled by a desire to bridge the financial education gap she experienced growing up in Detroit.
